Many of us started modeling simply because we like airplanes, tanks, figures or cars.
But along the way we understood something much deeper:

Modeling helps us calm down.
When you work on a model, you forget about the problems of the day. You concentrate on something beautiful, detailed, yours.
It’s like meditation

Many psychologists say that hobbies that require attention and detail, such as modeling:

reduce stress

help with concentration

bring balance and relaxation

It also helps our psychology

Many people who feel lonely, or are depressed, find in modeling a refuge.
A place to create, to evolve, to belong to a community.
