Aggressors Camouflage F-5E Tiger II VFC-13 “Fighting Saints”
Fighter Squadron Composite 13 (VFC-13), also known as the “Fighting Saints”, is a United States Naval Air Station (NAS) Reserve fighter squadron providing adversary training at NAS Fallon, Nevada. VFC-13 uses “Bogey” as its primary radio call sign.
Mission
VFC-13 provides adversary training for fleet and replacement squadrons of the Active and Reserve Navy and Marine Corps, carrier wings and Marine aircraft groups, USAF units, to include the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard, and the Canadian Forces. The squadron has received two consecutive CNO safety awards, the Golden Wrench Maintenance Award, and in 1994 and 2011, the Battle “E” Award.
In April 1996, VFC-13 transferred to NAS Fallon and transitioned to the F-5E Tiger II. It took over the opposing mission from VFA-45 and VFA-127.

The squadron wore different camouflages on its F-5E Tiger IIs.
The New Lizard shape is one of the most complex used by the F-5 but also one of the most recognizable, replicating the colors of many Middle Eastern air force planes.
